This service is provided to those requesting the address of an Israeli citizen or resident.
After submitting the request at the Consulate, it is forwarded to the Interior Ministry which then locates the most recent registered address of the requested individual. For this reason the request may take a few months.
Every adult (above 18 years) is entitled to submit this request.
Please note: The more details you can provided (ID number, if possible) of the requested person, the easier and quicker the location process will be.
Submitting a request at the Consulate
You should arrive at the consulate during reception hours with the following:

A valid form of identification

The
form for requesting the location of the address (277.99 kB), it can be filled in advance or at the Consulate -
$3 payable by cash, credit card or money order made payable to "The Consulate General of Israel in New York." The Consulate does not accept personal checks.
Submitting a request by mail
You should send by mail the following:

A photocopy of the ID of the individual submitting the request.
