Problems with the consular forms

Notaries

In order to receive notary services, such as powers of attorney or affidavits, there is no need to make an appointment in advance.

However, if you would like to sign on a will at the Consulate please contact us prior to your visit at 212-499-5302/5306

The person signing the documents must personally appear at the Consulate.
