Speechwriter of the Permanent Mission of Israel to the United Nations
Prior to joining the Permanent Mission of Israel, Mr. Frankenstein worked in Geneva, Switzerland with UN Watch, a non-governmental organization whose mandate is to monitor the performance of the United Nations Human Rights Council by the yardstick of its own Charter, especially with respect to Israel. Mr. Frankenstein has testified before the United Nations Human Rights Council on multiple occasions tackling a wide range of human rights issues. Before joining UN Watch, Mr. Frankenstein studied at the University of California, Berkeley where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economics (magna cum laude) and French language.
