An Israeli citizen or resident residing abroad is able to change their registered address in Israel by completing a ‘Request to Change Address’ form. This will then be forwarded to the Ministry of Interior in Israel.
Attention: To submit the request you must appear in person at the Consulate during reception hours with either an Israeli passport or Identity Card.
In addition you must present the following:
- Proof that the updated address is under your authority, such as; a rental contract, deed of ownership, or other such documents.
- A personal letter detailing the reason for the change of address.
- An official
Chase of Address (128.79 kB). This can be completed in advance or at the Consulate. - There is no fee for this service
Attention: It is NOT possible to change your address registered in Israel to that of your current address abroad. The updated address MUST be another address within Israel.The new address will be updated at the Ministry of Interior 6-8 weeks after the request is submitted.
